finally. The weather has been reaching highs of 55-60 the last few days. I was actually able to run in shorts AND short sleeves lately.
As far as the training is going...it's going pretty good. It is long process that began with 15 miles or so a week, adding 10% each week. I'm now hitting around 32 weekly miles and feeling pretty good. I feel like I could go much further and sometimes harder but I have to remember that's the perfect recipe for disaster.
